Rates
$9,500 per night low season
$14,200 per night high season
7 nights minimum
$700 cleaning fee
Tax and Gratuity 10% VAT and 4% Gratuity

Should a booking be longer than 7 nights, an additional daily cleaning charge of $100 per day will apply for every additional day. 

Pets are considered, upon approval and at an additional cost of $500.

A refundable damage deposit of $10,000.00 is payable upon confirmation of your booking

King’s View is a luxury home situated on the south end of Harbour Island on the bay and private 100 foot dock. It is a five minute walk to the famous Pink Sands Beach and a quick drive into town or to any of the other main attractions on the island.
